make_1000_dollars_dayIf you’re just getting started online, it can be easy to let your imagination run wild with the potential money making opportunities that are out there.

The logic goes like this: if I could make $1,000 a month I could probably make $5,000, and if I could make $5,000 I might be able to make $10,000. So…how much could I make?

The answer depends upon your desire and work ethic than any other limiting factor.

In this post I’ll talk about the reality of making $1000/day.

Yes, You Can Make 1000 Dollars/Day Online

$1,000/day is about $30,000 a month, or $360,000 each year.

Firstly, I need to point out: that’s a lot of money. It puts you in the top 2% of income in the United States.

You don’t need to make $1,000/day to successfully earn a full time income online, but if that’s your goal, it is possible to do it. There are plenty of people who work full time online and make several hundred thousands dollars a year.

That said, making 1000 dollars/day is not an easy task, and will probably require a full time effort for several years before you would get to that mark.

In the next section I’ll look at some examples of how you might make that much money with affiliate marketing.

Making 1000 Dollars a Day Takes Time and Work

I can’t stress this part enough: there are virtually endless real online income opportunities, which means that the #1 factor that is going to determine your total income potential is the amount of time and effort you’re willing to put in.

Getting to $1,000 daily is no easy task. Here are a few examples that show how you might do it.

  1. Portfolio approach. If you already have a site that’s making $1,000 a month or more, you could repeat the same process you used. 30 sites at $1,000 a month each would hit your goal.
  2. Expand into an authority site. Rather than scale a portfolio of sites, you could greatly expand your current site on a single domain. Brainstorm 10 other niches related to your current project, and gradually add products and content to target those audiences as well. Read more about scaling an affiliate site here.
  3. Develop your own product. Once you have an established niche site, you might think about increasing your earnings by developing your own product in your niche. You don’t have to stop promoting other affiliate programs to sell your own, so any income could be on top of current earnings.

Getting to 1000 Dollars a Day Starts with $1

No matter how you look at it, getting to the point where you’re making $1,000 a day takes serious work, especially if you’re just starting out.

If you don’t currently have any money-producing websites, I recommend you set your goals a little lower and gradually expand to work up to this target. Like the Chinese proverb “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,” the journey to $1,000/day begins with $1 a day. Then $10/day. Then $100/day. Build sustainable income, and eventually you’ll get to the level you need.
